Our Chairman is the father to our CEO/CVO. He also serves as the Senior Pastor of Third Missionary Baptist Church where he followed the vision that God gave him in 1975 and later founded in 1981. Before accepting his call into the ministry he was a savvy successful entrepreneur owning the first black-owned insurance agency in the Midwest.
